This should be a lesson to sites to do a little investigation before you post a story and blast someone or some party that doesn't deserve it. I saw the story of the leaked Street Figher IV images and the subsequent take down notice delivered by Ziff Davis to the site. Turns out the writer of the blog didn't have an anonymous source but was an EGM freelancer who stole the images and posted them on a blog. I don't know why he didn't think he would be caught. In any case Kotaku jumped to conclusion and blasted Ziff Davis for picking on the "little guy". Well, now they're eating crow since the little guy isn't really all that innocent.
